Lucy has had a long career working in the film industry as a successful actress and has also worked with some of the top casting directors and agents. Her credits include Bleak House with Diana Rigg and Denholm Elliot and associations with Simone Reynolds and Lou Coulson. Her expertise of the business has proved invaluable to the MMC.

Nic has worked for over 20 years as a composer and performer. He is a graduate from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and in addition to writing a great number of scores for Film, TV, Theatre and Dance he has also worked as a performer in both classical and jazz/rock environments. Nic has been running his own recording studio for the last 10 years making high quality recordings of soundtracks and many individual soloists.
